A Powell, Tennessee native, Savanah Shelley has an in-depth knowledge of the Powell and Knoxville communities making her an incredible resource for her clients. Savanah joined Garren Realty in 2021 after graduating as the salutatorian of Powell High School’s class of 2020. Before joining Garren Realty, she spent many years watching her mother, Michele, positively impact people’s lives through real estate and knew she wanted to do the same. Savanah is a great asset to the team and connects well with the young couples and college students Garren Realty serves. She especially enjoys working with clients who are moving to the Knoxville area because she is able to help them choose the best community for their desired life and tell them about everything her hometown has to offer.

Beyond real estate, Savanah is currently a Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) student at Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medicine, where she is pursuing her lifelong passion for healthcare, science, and artistry. She aspires to become a cosmetic and reconstructive dentist.

Before dental medicine school, Savanah graduated with Honors from Vanderbilt University in 2024, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Medicine, Health, and Society with a concentration in Health Behaviors and Health Sciences and a minor in Physics. These projects reflect her dedication to health equity, inclusion, and culturally competent care, values that continue to guide both her academic and professional paths.

Savanah’s heritage fuels her commitment to representation and advocacy in healthcare and entrepreneurship. She believes in empowering others through education, empathy, and opportunity, whether that means helping patients smile with confidence or helping families find a place to call home.

Her ultimate goal is to open her own practice and help people achieve their dream smile and feel confident in themselves. Savanah’s educational experience has taught her sound business principles and economic strategies that she uses to help her clients make well-considered financial decisions regarding their real estate transactions. She believes that buying, selling and investing in real estate can have a long-lasting positive impact on her clients as long as they have the right guidance and knowledge to make informed choices.

When she’s not studying or meeting with clients, Savanah enjoys traveling, working out, spending time with her loved ones, and caring for her cats, Gnocchi, Chia, and Boba.
